Every district in Hood 365 can self-nominate and receive signals. The district with the most valid BST signals at the Hood boundary wins the Seat. Results are deterministic — counted from on-chain data alone.
The present is defined by the latest active inscription per district. Formation shows the current contest. History stays available as memory without overriding BST truth.
The Hood range acts as both map and arena. Every visible marker is a district, and every accepted BST signal becomes a visible support flow.
A district self-nominates by reinscribing a signal pointing to its own Hood bitmap.
Other districts nominate it by reinscribing signals pointing to that district. Only same-hood nominations count.
The district with the most accepted nominations wins the Hood Seat at the boundary.
A veto signal beats all candidates if it has the highest count.
BST validity is base truth. Commitment status (hash verification) is additive only and does not exclude otherwise valid signals.
